This was my first time out of the country and first time using a travel agency and let me tell you the experience I had with Mech journeys was best in class from the beginning to the end. Everything was thoroughly laid out, Dimri answered all my questions, her follow-up great, and very detailed oriented. While in USA we didn't have to wait for anything and all our reservations was clearly identified in the 2nd party company systems which made this trip hassle free. I cant thank mech team enough for this amazing experience. We will be using Mech Journeys India Pvt limited again for any trip we have going forward.

Had one day tour in Agra and Delhi. Absolutely loved both the guide Rupinder and the driver Rajesh. Both are professional, knowledgeable and accommodating to our requests. The trip started out at 8am and ended 11pm so we tipped quite handsomely.
Second day we had another one day tour in Delhi. While we had the same driver which was great (but he was less happy as we tipped less givne it was way shorter trip). The guide however was less professional. He was constantly texting, only told stories, information when we asked. And if we did not request for lunch, he would directly bring us to the some Bazzaar. I would not recommend him/

I want to comment on the drivers you provided for our Hyderabad stay. The driver and the Airport Representative ( Raheem and Rizwan ) were at the airport to meet us and gave us a comprehensive introductory tour of Hyderabad. As well they were able to locate a photo processing lab at our request. They were both competent in English, so that made the tour very pleasant and informative. I am delighted to recommend the services of this company to anyone who requires transportation while in Hyderabad.

The team managed a complicated and ever shifting group of over 30 coming from all over the world to do a trip in India. It was seamless, professional and worry free. Everything was top notch. Devender advised us when we should spend a bit more for higher quality, or where we could save a bit without impacting the enjoyment of the group. They offered very competitive rates for truly VIP service. Checking in at every stage of our journey and answering questions in the middle of the night. I'd never hesitate to recommend them.

A friend helped us plan a trip to India using Mechjourneys and we had a great time! We didn't have to worry about flights or cars or figuring out tours. Everything was planned and it felt like all we did was show up. When we decided to change our tour and see a different place all we did was ask. We had the chance to see both metropolitan and rural India and to do a tiger safari. It was a great experience and I would definitely use Mechjourneys again when traveling in India!

I have used MechJourneys twice - both times with the help of Devender Dimri. I am about to use them again to help a friend plan her trip to Hyderabad. Devender was responsive, professional, efficient and resourceful. He always kept in mind value for dollar/rupee! All of the representatives I dealt with from Mech Journeys were punctual, courteous and professional. I generally research where I want to go and stay in India and then send my suggested itinerary to Devender. He will respond with comments on quality of places, costs and other comments that he thinks relevant. He is great at research and honest when he is unfamiliar with a particular place or tour. During my most recent trip to India in November 2018 I had to make some last minute changes and Devender responded unflinchingly and effectively. I would not plan a trip around India without him. My trips in India generally start with a family visit and then I travel following an itinerary I have planned with Devender's help. He has booked hotel, tours, guides, cars, domestic flights for me - all without a glitch. He is very aware of western needs etc. Drivers and guides all speak English. I highly recommend Devender Dimri at MechJourneys without reservation!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the attention that you and the team of the agency gave to my mother and me before and during the trip to India. We have enjoyed a lot and it has been over our expectations, even though it was a trip that we had been looking forward for long time…We felt really welcomed and protected by all your Team: you, Prachi, the driver, the guides, the pick up service from and to the airport. This tour was my first group tour and what a great way to start. Pete, our guide, was fantastic making sure we were all happy and comfortable at all times. His passion for the country and his people was very evident and he had a vast knowledge of his country. There was a good mix of activities visiting ruins, swimming in the Mediterranean Sea and exploring Cappadocia. The accommodation was great too. I felt completely safe at all times. Recently me and my family went for a trip to Himachal Pradesh and i must say the arrangements made by mech journey for our comfortable and relaxing stay and mind refreshing sightseeing were just awsome, Mr Devendra dimri and Mr Arun Nanda were very helpful, courteous and very constantly in touch with me during my whole journey the if we talk about the arrangements whether it was hotel, taxi or any other service Mr Dimri knew exactly how to deal with it and this it not the first time earlier they have sent me to Singapore and Bali for which the made sure that everything was according to our comfort and each and everything was mentioned properly in their mail whether it professionalism or team work Mech journey always shows an outstanding performance!!!!!

Thank you for arranging a fantastic tour of India for us. You have always looked after our travel needs very well, but you clearly have a great knowledge and expertise when it comes to touring India and we definitely benefited from this.

We were very well looked after by our driver Bhagwan who was with us till arrival and made sure we were looked after the whole time until our departure. He was a very safe and good driver and a wealth of information during the tour. The hotels we were booked into and the attractions we visited were all first class.

We of course took many photos, but I attach one which is particularly good. It is of us having an elephant ride in Thekkady, just before the elephant squirted me with water.

We would have no hesitation in recommending that our friends contact you to arrange their next holiday in India, and would love to get back again as soon as we can.

I visited many tour organisers five months before & then we compared & in the end I contacted Mech journeys for Europe for 15 days At the time of discussion we were only 05 couples latter on finally we were 11 couples. Before traveling we had many discussion with Mr Dimri & always satisfied us . In the end we had get together in which Mr Singh & Mr Srivastava & Mr Dimri gave us tips & replied all are queries & arranged Jain food too. In Europe we started from London to Paris to Netherland to Germany to Swizterland to Austria to Italy to Rome. Also our seats on the plane were excellent. Our guides and drivers meeting us here were invaluable as we couldn't have done it without them.
Dinner cruise in Ho Chi Minh was fun. The guide company you use is very good.

SUB: India Group Tour from 16 Jul - 02 Aug 2017

Hope all is well. Here is some feedback from the group and from me regarding the trip.

Everyone felt that the trip was wonderful and that it went very smoothly. The Mech Journey representatives at every place we visited were great - punctual, and were at the airport waiting for our arrival along with the coach. During departure they waited until our baggage was checked and we had gone through security, except for the representative in Mumbai. I did not see much of him nor did he speak much. He went to the airport hotel to drop off two of our group members and we never saw him again. Also I have to mention the condition of the coach in Mumbai - Not like other cities, and comparatively sub standard services.

Drivers: Mr. Rajkumar in the north and Mr. Bipin in the south were excellent drivers. Mr. Rajkumar was polite and kept his respectful distance. but Mr. Bipin in the South was very friendly, polite, helpful with a big smile on his face and ready to stop the coach at a comfort stop or for tea or for whatever we needed. So was his assistant. The train ride from Ooty to Coonoor was very good and everyone enjoyed it very much, but in my opinion, the bus ride to Cochin from Coonoor was very long and tiring. I just wish there was another way to travel other than another flight. A train ride would be great but the toilets are not worth even mentioning.

Hotels: Of course the Oberoi and the Taj hotels are the best where the food and service is excellent. Kumarakom Lake Resort is also a very special place with ayurvedic messages, pottery and weaving classes, sunset cruises, and of course delicious food. I also want to mention Blue Jelly houseboat which was very clean, excellent service and food, and Rose who supervised it all. The one hotel that we had problems with was the Savoy in Ooty where some rooms had no hot water and no flushing toilets, etc. I would not recommend hotel Savoy again

Guides:Mr. Adil Ali is an excellent guide who is very knowledgeable about the history and culture of India, and also of the various religions that exist in India today. We enjoyed his presentations very much. The guide in Ooty was also knowledgeable but his English was not good so he had a hard time understanding and explaining things. Cochin guide was good and quite confident of himself.

Mr. Dimri,I want to thank you and the Mech Journeys crew for looking after us every step of the way, and making sure that our journey went smoothly. Your call every evening to me to see how the day had gone and if there were any concerns/problems that you could fix meant a lot to us We felt safe knowing you were there and that we could call you with any problems that we faced. You looked into every detail, called the hotels ahead of our arrival and you communicated with them making sure that our rooms were ready for us. This is what makes you stand out in comparison with other companies. I appreciate all that you have done for us and I know that if I do bring another group of friends to India for sightseeing, I will definitely depend on MecJourneys to help me with our travel plans. SUB: Best Best experience [ 26-28 May17]

The entire experience of Rishikesh camping and water rafting was one to remember forever! We went as a group of 22 people but those 4 hours of team work bound us so closely together that we returned as friends. The organisers were also experienced and trained which made us a little less worried about the whole experience. They instructed us very well on safety and how to follow their commands! It is important as if we don’t then we are only at risk! The rafting adventure itself was thrilling to no end and unforgettable! Whenever the raft was bumping the rapids, I used to have a knot in my stomach! Even if my friends were non-swimmers, they were very well taken care of by the instructors.

Classical India Tour

What can I say, but that everything was fabulous! The Guides (All cities) were brilliant. The information and their knowledge of their regions were insightful and interesting. Their interaction with the group was great, they were able to adapt and engage with the wants and needs of our group. We loved every minute and were a little sad when we had to say farewell to everyone.

As you know I was travelling with my children - aged 14 & 19. Both enjoyed the tour and are now asking when we will be going back - maybe to spend a little longer in Jaipur just to see everything again and more.

In short, this was one of the best family holidays that we have been on. The trip was brilliant, you and your staff couldn't do enough for us, everywhere we went was beautiful and home visits in Udaipur were a highlight. I will recommend you and your company to everyone.

We certainly enjoyed our trip to “Incredible” India. The people, as well as the historical, cultural and geographical aspects of the country, exceeded our expectations. We felt that the itinerary you put together for us, while touching on many of the highlights in India, also provided us with plenty of variety.

The food and hotels, for the most part, were very good to excellent. The only exception was in Varanasi. The drivers were amazing! We would also like to acknowledge our guide, Srivastav in Varanasi as well as Ramesh, the local representative there. They were exceptional.

This was the most amazing tour. I had wanted to see India for a long time and I was not disappointed. Adil was a wonderful guide and nothing was too much trouble for him. We had trouble getting any rupees and all through the trip he kept his cool and good humour. We also had a great driver. India was dusty and noisy (on the roads) but it was also very colourful and vibrant. The people were amazing, kind and generous with their time and happy to answer any questions or help out. I would go back in a heartbeat to see more of the beautiful countryside. Mech Journeys was great, I like the smaller tours over others I have been on and would certainly take one of them again. A fantastic experience.”

Classical India tour
We had an amazing trip. The pre-planning, planning and organisation while on the trip was excellent. All of our local ground staff were courteous and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The hotels were all excellent - in fact outstanding and we were very well looked after. Emirates Business Class was very smooth and transfers through Dubai were seamless and quick. Mech Journeys have done an excellent job - I have already recommended them to friends who have started using them and I have no doubt they will be our first port of call on future trips.

High praise for an excellent team and top class travel operators. We have a few special mentions, in particular Devender Dimri who put together a first class programme for us that balanced our time and our wishes perfectly. Mech journeys team in India looked after us brilliantly, especially when I had a bout of food poisoning - they organised immediate medical attention and still managed to keep the whole trip on track so no one missed out on anything.

Dear Mr Dimri,
You and your team had organized a tour for me and my family to Sri Lanka for 6 nights from 30th Dec 2015 to 5th Jan 2016.
I wish to thank you and your complete team for the beautiful experience we had over the period of our stay in Sri Lanka. The route of our tour was so well planned that we always had the comfort of starting late and finishing on time. I have my 3 yr old son who is not very travel savvy but he also enjoyed the travel. A special mention of our driver Mr. Ameer is a must as he has taken very good care of me and my family. The small things which we require in travel were taken care of by Mr. Ameer.
Regarding locations suggested by you and the sightseeing sites all were excellent.
The stay at Bentota was by far the best. The hotel suggested by you was I feel the best place to celebrate new year. A beautiful beach and a big gala party on 31st Dec was icing on the cake. The turtle hatchery of the ride in Madhu river was awesome. It was nice to see how cinnamon sticks are made. In the river ride I visited a fish spa and was happy to get my feet treated. The tutle hatchery was very informative about the turtles . We got to see the turtle eggs and the small turtles which were to be released in the sea. It was a unique experience holding a big heavy turtle in hand
The Nuwara Eliya location was very nice . It was chilly there but we could enjoy the cold there. The hotel there was a nice old British style bunglow . It had most of the amenities but lacked on food menu . I am a vegetarian but even for a non vegetarian the menu was a bit short. That was the only drawback to the tour. But location wise it was awesome . After two days of beach I could enjoy the hill station stay also here. The route to Nuwara Eliya has breathtaking views of the mountains and the tea gardens throughout . It is just like a country side .
The hotel location in Kandy is very remote but its very nice as it is near the mountain and has a lot of peace. The hotel is newly opened but has good variety of food. The rooms are good clean and spacious. The service got here is very nice . The resort has a swimming pool which was very nice. En route to the airport on the last day we visited the spice garden and elephant orphanage . It was very cute to see baby elephants bathing and playing in the mud.
Overall we had a good experience on this tour and the way it was planned made this trip a memorable trip for me an my family. In a short span of 6-7 days we got good relaxation and enjoyment which was needed by us. I would request you to recommend Sri Lanka as a destination for families going on a mid break of 6- 10 days. There is a lot of Sri Lanka which we could not visit due to shortage of time but would like to do it again with you and your team the next time around.
One suggestion – Please eliminate Colombo from initial day stay as actually there is not much to in Colombo apart from shopping which is expensive so if any one arrives they can be directly transferred to bentota or kandy which is 2-3 hrs journey from the international airport.

We recently traveled to India with family & 2 kids. We contacted MecH Journeys Travel services. From the start, Jaswinder Randhawa (Jassi) took time to get to know me and my family.

The itinerary he designed for us was very thoughtful and considerate. He put us in touch with Eisha Ji, his travel advisor/manager who took care of all of the details of the trip.

Our welcome at the airport and at the hotels were warm. We asked for a reliable and trustworthy driver who can take us around each city (jaipur/jodhpur/Udaipur + more), and they assigned us Joginder. I couldn't imagine someone better. He was very nice, polite and professional. He took very good care of us & he made sure we saw all of the great sights of Rajasthan. He took us to some of his favorite restaurants & food joints and it was great !

We had minor problem at udaipur hotel BUT Jassi and Eisha ji got involved rite away and everything was resolved in minutes. Very caring and professional staff !! Overall, we were treated like family.

Based upon the advice of a local associate, we selected MECH Journeys to assist us with some complex aspects of our planned 2015 trip to India. Devender Dimri looked at our proposed itinerary, made suggestions, determined costs, and made bookings after consulting with us, hence almost every detail was handled well before we left Canada.

Shortly after our arrival in Delhi, Devender and Prakeet made a special trip from their downtown offices to our hotel (the 4 Points Airport Sheraton) during Delhi rush hour, just to meet us and go over our Itinerary. They also provided us with 24 hour phone numbers in case we needed any assistance over the course of our 2 months in India.

As we travelled, a driver was on-hand to meet us at Rajeev Gandhi Arpt. in Hyderabad even though the flight was hours late. Several days later we were able to effortlessly board the train from Jabalpur to Agra because Devender and Prakeet had explained the train system to us in some detail. About three weeks later, on the road from Udaipur to Bhuj, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Devender confirming that everything was going smoothly, that the car and driver were appropriate to our needs, and to once again assure us that he was available to assist us 24 hours a day throughout our trip.

I wish to thank MECH Journeys for all of their assistance, and to assure them that I will definitely use their services for future trips to India.
