AASHYANA LAKHANPAL VILLAS & CASINHAS, GOA

Accommodation : Aashyana is actually a cluster of two villas ( Villa Aashyana and Villa Venus ) and three Casinhas ( cottages ). Villa Aashyana is a five bedrooms selfcontained villa set on the gardens by the beach while Villa Venus, a 2 minute walk from Villa Aashyana offers three bedrooms, living, dining, kitchenette and a pool. The Casinhas are situated adjacent to Villa Aashyana and comprise of two bedrooms, living, dining and kitchenette.

The ‘MECH’ review :
One of the early hotels to join the MECH List, Aashyana’s most striking feature is its location that’s practically a step away from the sea and the shaded tropical gardens around it. As personal spaces go, Aashyana speaks of its owner Ajai Lakhanpal’s style and love for the arts. Also, his sense of luxury that asserts itself in the generous pool , the size of the rooms and its features, the spa which is small but is very intense and bespoke.

Things you should know :
1. The Villas and Casinhas are booked on a weekly basis from October to April. However during the summer months rooms in the villas are given out at per room, per night rate. For shorter bookings please check with the hotel as it is dependent on the current occupancy.
2. The rates during Christmas and New Year are at a Premium for a minimum of one week.
3. Villa Aashyana can accommodate between 8-10 people while Villa Venus can accommodate between 4-6 people. Each two bedroom Casinha can comfortably accommodate upto 3 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 children.
