After breakfast drive to Daporijo (180 kms / 07 hrs), enroute visit Nishi and hill Miri tribal villages. Overnight at Daporijo. DAPORIJO: It is the headquarter of ‘Upper Subansiri district’. It stands at an elevation of around 600meters from sea level. Daporijo inhabitants go on to have belonged to Hill Miri, Adi Gallong, and Tagin tribe.

Today after breakfast drive to festival ground and experience the festival activities. Back for lunch at hotel and after refreshment “Mopin” Festival of Adi-Gallong tribe of West Siang, East Siang, Upper Siang and Upper Subansiri District of Arunachal Pradesh. It is one of the major festivals celebrated in Arunachal Pradesh. Mopin is celebrated for wealth, prosperity, good health and universal happiness. Smearing the rice powder on each other’s faces marks the beginning of the festival which is celebrated for five days. Poning and Abang (the mystical song) run parallel and continuously during this period. Sacrifice of Mithun is an indispensable part of the Mopin festival.
Morning drive to Pangi 38 kms, cross the Cane suspension bridge, trek 4 hrs to Komsing village of Adi-Minyong tribe. Meet the villagers and interact with them. Overnight at village house.
Morning trek back to Pangi, continue drive to Pasighat 68 kms, enroute visit tribal villages. Overnight at Pasighat.

“The Sangken” festival. Participate the festival. Sangken festival is an occasion to bathe the images of Lord Buddha ceremoniously. This also heralds the New Year and people sprinkle water on each other as a sign of merriment. Overnight at Circuit House.
Drive to Dibrugarh 115 kms. Today is the “Bohag Bihu” Festival of Assamese, Bihu or Bohag Bihu is the biggest festival of the people of Assam. It is a festival that transcends all religious and class barriers bringing people together in a free and uninhabited manner. The first day of Bohag Bihu is known as the 'Goru Bihu' and is reserved for cattle rites. Houses are cleaned, the cows feet are washed, oil rubbed on their horns and hooves and some times they are decorated with garlands. The next day is 'Manuh Bihu' day; on this day homage is paid to elders, relatives and friends. The Bihu meal is a special one consisting of Chira, curds and sweets. The third day of Bihu is sometimes called the 'Gosain Bihu' and is set apart for religious services. Overnight Hotel.
After breakfast at Dibrugarh, drive to Kaziranga National Park.( 90 kms / 03 hrs). Kaziranga National Park: In the heart of Assam, covering an area of 430 sq-kms, is inhabited by the world's largest population of one-horned rhinoceroses, as well as many mammals, including tigers, elephants, panthers and bears, and thousands of birds. In 1985, it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its unique natural environment. Evening free at leisure. Overnight at Kaziranga National Park.
After an early wake up, you will be taken to the riding point in the Central Range (Kohora) for an Elephant Ride. After the ride return back to the lodge, having breakfast at 7 a.m drive to the Central Range (Kohora) of the park for a jeep safari. After lunch at 2.15pm there will be another Jeep safari in the Western Range (Baguri) of the park. Evening at leisure. Overnight at Kaziranga.
